Romancing the Shadow

The regular practice of meditation has been proved to effectively reduce stress. Through meditation we discover insights into how the mind works. We learn how to gain the mind as an ally. We learn how to interface effectively and happily with our lives. Our bodies respond by becoming stronger and healthier. Our world truly becomes a different experience.
